I joined the RE/MAX Reach brokerage as a new agent in early 2020. I was determined to build a successful business, but had no previous experience. Prior to joining RE/MAX Reach, I considered joining a large brokerage, but the more I observed the hustle and bustle environment, I knew it was not for me. I didn't want to feel lost in a large group or be treated like a number. I needed a mid-size, growing brokerage whose success depended on how they cultivated their agents - not by the number of deals they closed.
I became a team-member at RE/MAX Reach and within days I knew I made the right choice. The biggest benefit for me is having a broker that is knowledgeable and an office staff that is always available when I need them, and does so gladly. We have office managers on-site during business hours and the BIC will be accessible at all times in-person or by phone. Our office administrators are also available by phone after normal business hours, if needed. Additionally, all our agents have a "teamwork" mentality and are always open to helping other agents if needed.
REMAX REACH leads are routed directly to agents without any additional referral fees. Office and sign calls are rotated round-robin. If agents opt in to get office REALTOR.COM or ZILLOW leads, those will go out by first-to-respond or round-robin (20% referral fee). Additional third party referrals with referral fees are available upon request.
Agents can also receive and send out referral leads (25% referral fee) to and from any RE/MAX agent in the WORLD! This is just one of the many ways the global RE/MAX network can benefit you directly.
The majority of our agents don't rely on our leads, rather we teach them how to generate business from their current sphere or network. At the end of the day, it is more profitable for an agent to focus on their sphere rater than pay for leads.
Although our BIC does sell real estate, he is not competing against any of our agents. Selling real estate enables our BIC to keep up-to-date on marketing trends in order to better serve our agents. He is only working with past clients and current personal referrals. He is also at a point in his career where he is passing several of his referrals and leads to agents in the office so he can better focus on the development of our agents and brokerage.

Most agents opt in to donate $30/closing to the RE/MAX Reach sponsored non-profit, Children's Miracle Network. This donation is made in your client's name and goes directly to local children's hospitals, like Prisma and Shriners in Greenville.
