His early career was marked by significant achievements, including earning multiple awards from RE/MAX. Recognizing the need for greater impact, Jeremy formed his own team, Jeremy Russell & Associates, which rapidly ascended to the top 3% within RE/MAX, highlighting his effective leadership and strategic insight.

Committed to continuous improvement, Jeremy has earned various accreditations, such as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Staging Professional, and Accredited Buyer's Representative. Justin Shinko

  As a native of Upstate SC, Justin has called Greenville home for almost his entire life after his family relocated to the Upstate for his father’s job when he was less than a year old. Justin attended Greenville Tech where he studied Criminal Justice and is an avid year-round college sports fan taking in football, basketball, and baseball.

Justin loves how much there is to do in the Upstate and is eager to share that with his clients and help them discover what makes living in this part of the country so enjoyable. Justin’s clients can always count on him to care for them just as he would a family member or close friend with honesty and relentless dedication to finding the perfect home.

Justin is focused on growing his real estate career, but when he is able to carve out time for quick a break, he indulges in one of many hobbies and outdoor activities and spends time with his two lab mix dogs. He enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking, and hunting, and he collects sports memorabilia. In the last year, he has recently taken up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Renaldo Powell

 Introducing Renaldo Powell, a Detroit native and former All-American athlete at Central Michigan University, whose impressive work ethic and commitment to problem-solving have always set him apart. Renaldo initially excelled in the mortgage industry in Detroit post-college, gaining a solid foundation in lending and finance. His journey shifted to real estate after moving to Odessa, Texas in 2019.

With five years of experience selling new construction homes, Renaldo cultivated a profound understanding of home building, seamlessly complementing his expertise in mortgages and investment properties. This diverse background positions him as a valuable resource in the dynamic real estate market.

In 2020, Renaldo and his wife sought to be in a more family-friendly location. Kayla Shands

As a Spartanburg native and lifetime resident, Kayla Shands knows the Upstate of South Carolina. Erick Brizendine

Erick wants to live in a world where football Saturdays last a little longer, every round of golf is a good one, and where all of his clients leave as friends.  After visiting Greenville on a weekend trip, Erick and his wife fell in love with the city and promptly packed up and moved to the Upstate. Though he hasn’t called the area “home” long, his adoration for this corner of the world is evident by his knowledge of and excitement towards it.  Early in his career, Erick flexed his marketing muscle at an ad agency where he gained invaluable knowledge in client relationships, the power of a good social media campaign, and the importance of detailed communication. A self proclaimed numbers guy, Erick is detail-oriented and thorough in every transaction. He’s not one to get bored by long contracts or lengthy negotiations, and is as convincing as he is smart. From marketing, Erick made a career shift to be the director of operations at a local painting and pressure washing company, where he found his passion for working with people and being on the go. Now, he’s thrilled to be putting all of his skills and passions to work in helping his clients have a smooth and ideal home buying experience and/or selling experience.  Erick lives with his wife, their child, and their two goldendoodles (ask him if he has a favorite dog… if he says no, he’s lying) in their home in Simpsonville. 

Chad Turner

Chad Turner is a Greenville native who knows the Upstate well. Regina has lived in the upstate for over 40 years. Growing up, she learned a lot about land and building from her father, so it felt very natural for her to get into real estate after her kids were on their own.
